At Vita, we want your home to be a sanctuary of comfort, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a stress-free resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vita account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
